On Sunday morning, weather permitting, the religious service will be celebrated in the courtyard behind the Château de la Barre, followed by a parade of delegations and a festive afternoon. The discussion with the national office helped to resolve certain questions regarding the layout of the site, the rental of tables and chairs and the different quantities of food and drinks to be provided.
Around 1,000 participants will be welcomed over the three days, who will need to be accommodated, fed and entertained. This requires 250 volunteers to organize, welcome, serve, set up, dismantle and tidy up. Any good will therefore remains welcome.
