The Les Montéraus association is organizing a Latin evening, Saturday December 7 at the Montrol-Sénard multipurpose room. The festivities will begin at 4 p.m. with a Christmas drawing workshop, story readings, Christmas games including the famous Pinata which will be broken at 5 p.m. An exhibition and sale of Latino crafts will also be offered. Refreshment bar and snacks on site. Between 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., introduction to salsa. Finally, from 8 p.m., Latin meal at €18 for adults and €9 for under-13s.

Heart
The Bellac leisure association is organizing a lottery, Wednesday December 4 at 2 p.m., at the Bellac municipal cultural center, rue des Rochettes. Doors open at 1 p.m. Among the prizes to be won: turkeys, capons, vouchers, etc. A raffle is also planned with numerous prizes including a ham. Refreshment bar and cakes on site.
Basket
Wednesday December 4, from 3 p.m., the Limoges CSP players will be at the Intermarché in Aixe-sur-Vienne, for a signing session. The opportunity to present the new team and congratulate Nicolas Lang for his record number of three-point baskets in the French championship.
Volley
The Bonnac Volley Club (BVC) is organizing a 24-hour non-stop tournament for the benefit of the Telethon, from Saturday December 7 at 2 p.m. until Sunday 8 at the same time, at the Bonnac-la-Côte gymnasium. Teams of 4 to 6 players, of all ages and levels, can register (€5 per person) for one or more one-hour slots, at 06.15.35.88.39. The teams may possibly be supplemented by VBC licensees who will be on deck for this event. Snack and refreshment bar on site.
Company
A Little Resourceful Café-repair will take place on Saturday December 7 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Charles-Silvestre associative space in Limoges, 40, rue Charles-Silvestre. Everyone can bring an item to repair or come and lend a hand to the repairers. The objective is of course to limit the purchase of new items and to give a second life to worn and/or broken down items.

The docu-fiction Witnessesby Sonia Barkallah, will be broadcast on Tuesday December 3 at 8 p.m. at the Grand Écran Ester in Limoges, in the presence of the director. The screening will be followed by a debate. The film addresses near-death experiences, with those who have experienced it recounting facts that may seem disconcerting, such as bodily detachment and extrasensory perceptions, confirmed by loved ones and the medical world.

Mushrooms
AULEPE (Limousine university association for the study and protection of the environment) is organizing Thursday, December 5 at 6:15 p.m., in the Billy amphitheater of the Faculty of Sciences of Limoges, a conference-workshop entitled “CryptORIgamie: what Did we learn about folds and mushrooms? », by Vincent Floderer, from CRIMP (International Research Center in Fold Modeling). The public will be able to experiment with folding techniques. Free.
Theater
The pain consultation team at the Jacques-Boutard hospital center in Saint-Yrieix-la-Perche, under the leadership of Dr Blandine Vigneras, is organizing a theatrical show entitled Stared atby Sophie Tessier. This is a variation on the themes of medical wandering and incapacity. The performance, open to everyone aged 6 and over, will take place in the multipurpose room of the Ehpad Sud, Tuesday December 3, at 2:30 p.m. Entrance is free, but a basket will be made available for free participation. After the show, a snack will be offered by the establishment to continue discussions with the public.
