South Finistère: the typical team of the weekend #8

The narrow victory (1-0) of DC Carhaix, against Plozévet in R3, was perhaps only down to the penalty that Mathieu Lostanlen saved a quarter of an hour from the end of the match. The Carhaisian goalkeeper had not previously had too much work, but such a rescue having undoubtedly preserved the three points for his team, it also earned him a first start in goal for the typical team from South Finistère.

Scaërois Erwan Deas was also cited.

Defense. A hinge of R3 in defense

The central hinge is made up of a pair of players both playing in R3: the Forestois Enzo Millour and the “Quimpéro-Italiano” Renan Florenco Fazzio. CA Forestois' draw at Guidel (1-1) owes a lot to the very clean interventions and careful reminders of its captain. And if Italia also obtained a draw (2-2), against Penmarc'h, it is undoubtedly also partly thanks to its number 5 who has had a string of good performances for three matches.

The full-backs come from R2. On the right, the young Douarneniste Kylian Belbéoc'h was very fair in his interventions and he even saved a ball which could have revived Pont-l'Abbé. On the left, despite the defeat of Quimper Kerfeunteun against Morlaix (1-4), Quimperois Liam Deudé stood out with very incisive climbs.

Medium. An R1 level mid

In the right off-center position, Théo Boucaud, the university international from US Concarneau B, obtained the penalty which allowed his team to equalize at COB (2-1). He is the only one to play in R1 in the middle, but his three partners would hold their place at this level.

Not only, on the off-center left, the fast Châteaulinois William Yoro who saved the honor of his team at Portsall (3-1). But also and above all the two axials: Jérémy Gloaguen, the Douarneniste captain, with activity overflowing with technical accuracy, and of course Fabien Prat, the luxury reservist of the Paotred-Dispount R3, who added two assists to his large volume of play.

Attack. Two authors of quadruplets in attack

There was no photo to decide between the two attackers of the 8th typical team. With four goals each, Douarneniste Erwan Pichavant and Gabéricois Martin Le Gall inevitably find themselves starting. Erwan Pichavant, who had not yet scored since the start of the season, and who was a substitute at the kick-off of the Stella-Maris – Pont l'Abbé match (5-0 in R2), even managed the performance of score his quadruplet in 46 minutes! Martin Le Gall (second quote) was the starter and he waited until the 22nd minute to open his personal counter, but after that, it came off in a flurry: four goals in 33 minutes (22', 33', 36' and 55'sp) against Plogonnec in R3 (7-0)!
