Deputy general director of the Yvelines departmental council in charge of planning, finance and human resources issues since January 2023, Alexandre Borotra has been appointed general director of services.
Long-time involved in the development of the Yvelin region, Alexandre Borotra is beginning a new stage within the departmental council as general director of services.
A graduate in management and strategy, Alexandre Borotra began his career as an editor for Ubiqus, then at the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry where he held the position of research manager. In 2007 he joined the Seine Aval town planning and development agency, where he was successively responsible for economic development and then interim director.

He also managed the economic development of Epamsa (Public Development Establishment of Mantois Seine aval), before joining the Yvelines departmental council in 2014 as director of development, then as deputy general director of planning and development of territories.
He held the position of Deputy General Director in charge of planning issues, finances and human resources since January 2023, until his appointment to the General Directorate of Services.
