Just over 200 votes were cast and the vote was very close. The winner is a sessile oak querus petraea known for its longevity. It was laid in the ground by the green spaces services with the participation of elected officials of the municipality who pitched in. More generally, since the start of the mandate, more than 2,500 trees have been planted. A strong choice among others which corresponds to the municipality's desire to green the city, declared Alain Godot, deputy in charge of the environment. Other shrubs were also planted along the fence by the green spaces services at the same time. Long live the Liberty Oak!
