A man is wanted by the SIPJ of Marseille and the territorial crime department for rape and attempted rape with violence against two victims in the territory of Aix-en-Provence, France 3 Provence-Alpes learns from a judicial source.
A judicial investigation is opened for the first victim, raped on November 8 while she was jogging on a path in the Aix-en-Provence area.
A second victim says she scared the attacker away when he tried to rape her. Her cries and those of her dog, which she had taken out for a walk, pushed the attacker to flee. She suffered stab wounds to her face.
The two women describe similar morphological characteristics concerning their attacker. When asked, Jean-Luc Blachon, public prosecutor of the Aix judicial court, declares that “tAll means are being implemented to identify and arrest the author of these two acts“.
