Outgoing MP Frédérique Meunier (LR) came out on top after the second round of legislative elections in Saint-Pantaléon-de-Larche, a town of 4,900 inhabitants located to the west of Brive, in Corrèze.

This Sunday, July 7, Frédérique Meunier (LR non Ciotti) obtained 1,411 votes, or 52.49% of the votes cast. Valéry Elophe (RN) gathered 1,277, or 47.51%.

In June 2022, in this neighbouring commune of Brive, the outgoing MP Frédérique Meunier was well ahead of her environmentalist competitor Chloé Herzhaft, with 219 more votes, or 56% of the vote, for a second round where voters turned out very little (only 49.6% turnout at the time in the commune).

The outgoing MP (LR) was nevertheless in second place in the first round with 31.30% of the votes with 858 votes, she was 306 votes behind Valéry Elophe.
