What happens to metals from cremations?
Screws, coffin plates, prostheses… After the disappearance of the body in the crematorium, the remaining metals undergo a long process of transformation and recovery.
According to the City of Châteauroux, in 2022, more than 580 kg of metals from cremations were collected and recovered for a sum of €12,748.

Nouhoum Kamissoko, a young Malian midfielder who has played since the start of the season with the Olympique de Marseille reserve, is preparing to come to Berrichonne de Châteauroux in the form of a free loan.
Nouhoum Kamissoko played four matches with the OM reserve in 2024-2025.
