Summer Tuesdays start this week in Kervénanec

The first Tuesday of the summer in Kervénanec will be held on Tuesday, July 9 (from 8:30 a.m. to 9:45 p.m.) and will offer the restitution of the Archipel project with a concert by residents, a shared meal and then the concert by Kafé Zibraltar. “The initial desire is to offer a participatory show highlighting the life stories of the neighborhood’s residents and a vision of living together,” explains Yannick Daniellou, coordinator. Three groups have been formed: young people, adults, and a group of caregivers, carers and residents of the Kervénanec Ehpad (Accommodation establishment for dependent elderly people). “Each group is invited to convey a deep feeling, an emotion, a personal thought. From these groups, which are as many artistic islands, make an archipelago.” Accompanied by Titwann (composer and performer), guitarist Guillaume Chartin Ojün and documentary filmmaker Laurent Mathieu, the residents worked for many weeks. Since July 1, they have been in residence at the Kervénanec cultural hall “La Balise”. Tuesday, July 9 will therefore be dedicated to the artistic restitution of this work.
