Rabat-Salé-Kénitra: health provision is strengthening in the region

The health provision in the Rabat-Salé-Kénitra region has been strengthened through the recent commissioning of four first and second level urban health centers. A launch that comes in application of the High Royal Instructions and which aims to implement a radical and profound reform of the national health system.

In detail, these are the Akkari urban health center (level I) and the Sidi Fatah urban health center (level II), located in the territorial perimeter of the Hassan district. In addition, at the level of the Yacoub Al-Mansour district, the services of the Al Masjid urban health center (level I) and that of El Melk (level II) were also launched.

In any case, the commissioning of these centers is part of the continuity of the establishment of the public health infrastructure, particularly with regard to the construction, rehabilitation and development of local health care establishments, in addition to the strengthening and improvement of health services at the regional level, according to the Ministry of Health and Social Protection.

Enough to allow a population of nearly 80,000 people to have access to basic health services, including general medical consultations, maternal and child health monitoring and treatment of chronic diseases. This same population will also benefit from nursing services, health awareness programs, school health and youth health. It should be noted that the ministry has mobilized qualified human resources (more than fifty medical, nursing and administrative staff)
