The Sainte-Livrade-sur-Lot retirement home is hosting its first Christmas Market, this Sunday, December 1st.
All day long, whether you are looking for decoration, gastronomy, wine or gifts, exhibitors, residents and agents will be there to welcome you.
Children will also of course be in the spotlight: with the presence of Santa Claus, pony rides and other entertainment.
This great initiative was made possible thanks to the takeover of the Bien-Vivre Association which brings together Residents and Agents. The vice-president, facilitator of the nursing home, specifies that all profits will be entirely dedicated to residents. For example, an outing to the beach with oyster tastings or even the arrival of animals for people staying in their rooms.
The director, Hélène Sorina, would like to congratulate the staff for their investment: “thanks to this association, the nursing home opens its doors, everyone's life is also spent here, this Christmas market is an example.”
Highlights of the day:
10 a.m.: opening.
2 p.m. to 4 p.m., pony rides.
3 p.m.: choir with Christmas carols.
5 p.m.: raffle draw with numerous prizes.
6 p.m.: end of the day…
Presence of Santa Claus all day long.
Meals and drinks can be taken on site.
The nursing home is waiting for you.
