With the setbacks of Dax-Gamarde Basket, Adour Dax Basket remains the only Dacquoise team in Nationale 2. The leaders took the opportunity to improve the squad with a flagship recruit, fullback Corentin Carne, who arrived at DGB last year from Aix-Maurienne, trained in the hopes of Élan Béarnais and moved to ADB this season. A tall back, he is capable of holding his duels and scoring, as evidenced by his 19 points at Brissac and 14 points at TOAC. The Landais can always rely on their favorite winger Sébastien Dulouat, but above all it is a very compact squad that the Garonnais will have to face.

All 10 players can score and form a difficult defensive unit to pass. On average, ADB leaves its opponents at 68 points, no more, which makes it 2e defense of the pool just behind the BBM (67.8 pts). If we add to this the fact that the GAB concedes 80 on average, the two teams do not have the same weapons to win the game. This iron defense, learned from the U15 Nationals to the National 2, is the trademark of the Landais, which allows them to keep Candresse undefeated for several seasons or almost.

An impregnable fortress

Everyone who came to challenge ADB in his room lost their teeth. It is even the only defeat of the Bellopodian leader. Suffice to say that the game will not be easy this Saturday evening for the Garonnais who alternate between the very good and the less good, depending on their defensive solidity. The GAB must learn to vary its offensive solutions and above all to better control the racket. Koné and Jones will have a leading role this Saturday evening in the fight, in what is not always seen, the delay screens, the clean restart and above all the ability to run because the Landais love to play fast, by quickly carrying the ball into the zone attack.

Taking care of the ball in attack, playing collectively to find the best placed, most open shooter and above all avoiding losing the ball too high will be the keys to the game because a victory for the GAB this Saturday evening would completely restart the race for the first places.
