With a score of 86/100, William Frachot's beautiful address, rue Michelet in Dijon, once again appears in the top 1,000 best restaurants in the world established by La Liste.
Little known to the general public, this digital guide draws up a renowned international ranking in the profession by compiling thousands of press publications, hundreds of guides and millions of online reviews.
Two other tables from the department are in the 2025 list: The Gold Coast the Relais Bernard-Loiseau restaurant in Saulieu which, with a score of 91/100, even climbs into the “World's top 500”, and La Ferme de la Ruchotte in Bligny-sur-Ouche (78/100).
A restaurant “worth discovering”
This year, the List also distinguishes a second Dijon resident. Angelo Ferrigno and his establishment Food (rue Jeannin) receive a special prize in the “tables to explore” category, rewarding “restaurants that deserve to be discovered for their unique culinary experience and interpretation of their terroir”.
“I am honored, it is an immense privilege to see our work recognized among so many inspiring talents,” reacts the young chef who has been accumulating awards since he won his first star at the Guide Michelin in 2016, at just 23 years old.
