The 4e edition of the election of Mademoiselle Indre, organized by Faustine Tixier of the Eventix association, will take place Saturday, November 30, at the Buzançais village hall. Fifteen candidates from the department will try to take the sash from Lizy Friquet-Lucas, Mademoiselle Indre 2023, who was elected last year in Déols.
Mademoiselle Indre is a beauty contest for young girls who wish to become ambassadors of elegance and femininity in their department. “This competition has no weight or height criteria. You simply have to be between 16 and 23 years old, reside in Indre and be of French nationality. explains Faustine Tixierer.
Contestants will be judged on five graded passages, but none of them in swimsuits. Then eight finalists will be selected who will parade on a final passage.
The jury, made up of nine members, will elect Mademoiselle Indre 2024 and her bridesmaids. The four girls who will obtain a scarf will be qualified for the Mademoiselle Center 2025 election which will take place next May in Loir-et-Cher.
