Messages of support for the strikers, others to say everything unbearable about a situation which continues: for three weeks, social networks have served as an outlet for regulars of the Cergy-Pontoise Confluence network. Some 80,000 users deprived of buses.
Managed by Francilité Seine-et-Oise (Fso), a subsidiary of Lacroix & Savac, on behalf of Ile-de-France Mobilités (Idfm), the 32 lines of a network which serves the former New Town, Conflans -Sainte-Honorine and Achères are at a standstill. Today, Friday November 29, no vehicles are on the road.
At Fo's call, bus drivers have been on strike since November 7. They denounce a deterioration in their working conditions and are fighting to maintain the social gains obtained during the time of Stivo and Transdev, before the market was taken over by Fso thanks to an opening to competition. Between management and the unions, negotiations continue to stumble over the replacement agreement setting out the organization of work and employee bonuses. The unions accuse management of not making any proposals. Management accuses the unions of not wanting to negotiate anything.
