Two scooter accidents occurred a few hours apart and two victims hospitalized in serious condition, Thursday November 28, 2024.

The first arrived early in the afternoon. It was 2:18 p.m. when the firefighters were dispatched to Jouy-le-Moutier (Val-d'Oise). In circumstances that remain to be determined, a 34-year-old woman was riding her two-wheeler on the private driving school trackrue Anita-Conti, when she fell. It was not clear whether the accident occurred during a driving lesson. Supported by emergency services, she was transported in absolute emergency to the Pontoise hospital center.

Found unconscious

Two hours later, it's Herblay-sur-Seine that help was required again following a fall of a scooter driver. According to initial findings, the latter alone lost control of his vehicle while it was traveling on Avenue de la Libération.

Found lying on the ground, the 59-year-old man was unconscious when firefighters arrived. The latter provided him with first aid with a medical team from Samu 95. Seriously injured, the victim was evacuated in absolute emergency to the Beaujon hospital center, in Clichy (Hauts-de-Seine).
