End clap for Fatou S. This woman, aged 34, was sentenced this Thursday by the criminal court of Créteil (Val-de-Marne) to a four-year prison sentence. This mother appeared alongside three men who, between May and October 2024, helped her to supply crack deal points in the Goutte-d'Or district (18th century), in Aubervilliers (Seine-Saint -Denis) and in Pierrefitte-sur-Seine (Seine-Saint-Denis). Two of his accomplices received three years in prison. So many decisions accompanied by continued detention. The fourth, who contested the facts, was given a two-year suspended prison sentence.
It was in May that judicial police investigators received information concerning this woman who lives near Ivry-sur-Seine (Val-de-Marne). The police place her under surveillance. They note that this mother of four children travels regularly in the 18th arrondissement and to different addresses in Seine-Saint-Denis to ensure deliveries of cocaine in the form of crack.
Officials also note that she makes round trips in one day to Germany, probably to stock up on goods. She uses the services of two drivers to take her to the delivery locations of the goods and also to collect money from the dealers.
On October 14, the police carried out an operation and arrested the thirty-year-old and her alleged accomplices. During the searches, they found 115 g of Ice crystals, a synthetic drug from the methamphetamine family. They also seized 4.9 kg of cannabis resin and nearly 17,000 euros in cash.
Fatou S. assures that she only delivers drugs, because she would be under the influence of her husband who lives in Spain. The latter would threaten her with no longer seeing her children if she did not comply. The others minimize their involvement. One of them, an undeclared VTC driver, denies any form of involvement in this traffic.
The court was not convinced and gave him a suspended sentence. His lawyer, Me Heddi Dakhlaoui, pleaded in favor of the acquittal and announces that he is appealing. “My client is the only one who disputed the facts,” he explains. I don't understand the court's decision. »
