“Simple and hearty cuisine, inspired by mountain and family traditions.” This winter marks the start of a new adventure for three-star chef Emmanuel Renaut. After Megève and Chamonix, the captain of Flocon de sel opened Le Boitet, a high-altitude restaurant located on the slopes of Mont-d'Arbois, in the town of Saint-Gervais. Located 200 meters from the terminus of the Alpin gondola, ex DMC, at Bettex, the establishment will be accessible by ski, since walking on the slopes is strictly prohibited. The view from the terrace will be breathtaking, with the Mont-Blanc and Fiz massifs in the background.

Regarding the menu, the chef's website reveals part of it: a hunter's terrine, a Beaufort quiche, the traditional tartiflette or even a deer bolognese. A take-away option on the slopes will be available, including a Beaufort croque from Renaut. Reservations are already open on the Haut-Savoie chef’s website.
