Faced with the ever-increasing number of people and visitors to the Île Saint-Bernard and nautical centre sites, the City of Châteauguay, in collaboration with the Héritage Saint-Bernard organisation, has set up a temporary parking space on the grassy area of the land located at 490, boulevard D’Youville.

This free parking lot, which can accommodate nearly fifty vehicles, is adjacent to the eastern entrance to the Parc de la Commune. It is in operation immediately.

Work to expand the parking lot on Île Saint-Bernard will eventually add around thirty parking spaces to this busy area.
