The Aéroprotec group is expanding in Saint-Nicolas-de-Redon. This French specialist in surface treatment and painting for civil, military and space aviation (350 employees, 26 million euros turnover in 2023) whose headquarters is located in , was acquired in 2022 a factory in this town in the north of -Atlantique. He has just taken over, still in Saint-Nicolas-de-Redon, a research laboratory specific to materials processing (1,200 m² surface area).

Training center

Called the Lab'by Aéroprotec Services, it has two vocations: to continue research on the future of surface treatment and to be open to all manufacturers for doubt resolution, testing and series monitoring services. It will also be a training center, internally for its employees but also externally in the areas of non-destructive testing and surface treatment. By 2027, it will be made up of around fifteen employees.
