The Charles-et-Adrien-Dupuy high school welcomed some 500 middle school students from the Puy-en-Velay area, as part of Industry Week, last Thursday and Friday.
Seduce middle school students: this is the objective of the Techno Sciences Forum offered by the Charles-et-Adrien-Dupuy high school as part of Industry Week.
Five hundred college students over two days
No less than 500 middle school students from public colleges in the Puy basin visited the establishment on this occasion to participate in several workshops which gave an overview of everything related to science and technology: for example, we can cite the creation of an experimental kart, drone, exoskeleton, electric car, etc.The 28th Transmission Regiment from Issoire (Puy-de-Dôme) was present.
The opportunity to promote the series offered by the school in different fields: Science and technology of industry and sustainable development, mechanical product production technicians, engineering and laboratory sciences, technological creation and innovation, etc. Several companies from the industrial sector were present such as Enedis, RTE (Electricity Transport Network) and the Ford and Renault garages.

Also note the interventions of the 28th Transmission Regiment of the Issoire Army (Puy-de-Dôme) and the Industry Apprentice Training Center – the latter offered an escape game. These two days aimed to introduce people to professions and strengthen the attractiveness of the sector among young people.The 28th Transmission Regiment from Issoire (Puy-de-Dôme) was present.
They also promote diversity in professions and the place of women in different industrial sectors where they are still often poorly represented.
