“It’s rare these days, so we’re very proud to point out that our prices haven’t increased,” says Christine Marchal, Deputy for Culture in Sarreguemines. Around fifty people made the trip to the Casino des Faïenceries on Tuesday, July 2, to take note of the interesting dates for the city’s next cultural season.

The latter still offers its subscriptions to several packages, ranging from three to ten shows. The terms of purchasing tickets have not changed much: online, at the town hall or at the tourist office. The ticket office will open at the start of the school year, from Friday, September 6 at 4 p.m.

Special rates also apply to some cases with supporting documents and to young people under 18. “We really do everything we can to get people to come to our rooms, our museums, our archives…”, adds the assistant.

Several headliners

There are 18 shows that will be performed on the stages of the town hall or the Casino this season. Visual theatre Magic Mike from the Âmes Nocturnes company, will open the ball on Friday, September 27.

Then several personalities will make the detour to Sarreguemines during the year. Joseph Kamel, spotted during the show The Artist on France 2 and then who opened for Julien Doré, and Jérémy Frérot, who began his career in the duo Fréro Delavega thanks to The Voice on TF1, will make the Sarregueminois dance.

Next will be the comedian and actor who worked for several years in DailyPanayotis Pascot, or even the columnist in the show The original band from France Inter, Alexis Le Rossignol.

On the theater side, an adaptation of the 80s comedy Dead Poets Society with actor Stéphane Freiss, is also expected.

Representatives of the museums, the Archives and the Mir redde Platt festival also wanted to specify the numerous conferences, visits, exhibitions and events to come and to be added to the calendar.
