The CHB Glissières Desbiens de Louiseville, a team in the National Ball Hockey League (LNHB), made a big decision by trading star player Maxime St-Cyr to the Mirabel Hawks.

St-Cyr leaves Louiseville, accompanied by a 3rd round pick in 2025. For their part, Louiseville acquires Henrick Gauvin, who had just arrived in Mirabel, as well as Eliott Woodrough and David Fontaine, in addition to a 1st round pick in 2026 and a 2nd round pick in 2025.

St-Cyr (11 goals 25 points 10 games) accumulated impressive statistics with 82 goals and 52 assists, for a total of 134 points, in 61 games, in the NHL. He also added 10 points in 7 playoff games.

For his part, Gauvin has 19 goals and 17 assists, for 36 points in 30 games. As for Fontaine, we are talking about 26 goals and 22 assists in his career, for a total of 48 points in 50 games.
