Carole Bertrand, pastry chefPDG de Sweet Délices based in (Tarn-et-Garonne) and cake design virtuoso, has once again raised French pastry to the top of world art.

During the World Cake Design Championshipsheld in Birmingham at the beginning of November, she won two new medals, silver and bronze, in front of more than 1,000 participants.

An already impressive track record

These awards add to an already impressive track record, bringing its total to eight medals in four yearsincluding two gold medals in 2021, one silver and three bronze in 2022 and 2023, and now two more in 2024, one silver and one bronze.

Since the franchise launch of her Sweet Délices brand, Carole Bertrand has experienced meteoric growth and is today leader in with 12 stores distributed on the territory in 2024 (including the French Overseas Territories).

Each store offers workshops for all agesa complete range of utensils and pastry products, as well as personalized creations for significant events in the lives of its customers.
