Friday, “walkers reported the presence of a bag on the edge of a wood on a path, a bag that seemed quite heavy”said the prosecutor. Inside, the victim's body was “completely folded”with “face smashed”according to Charlotte Beluet. The octogenarian would have received a priori “a very violent blow with a fairly massive object” and presented “significant wounds that look like wounds made with a knife” at neck level.

“The autopsy will be performed on Monday,” in particular to establish whether the blows were inflicted before or after the death, explained Charlotte Beluet. Placed in police custody on Friday, the victim's neighbor claims to have “discovered her neighbor lying at home and dead”. The suspect denies having killed the victim, according to the prosecutor, but claims to have “cleaned everything” and “transported the body in this suitcase” to the wood. According to the magistrate, he has no criminal record.
