A sixty-year-old man was shot and killed on Friday November 22, 2024 in a McDonald's restaurant in Paris by a septuagenarian.
The events took place late in the morning in this fast food establishment in the 18th arrondissement of the capital. For reasons unknown at this point, a 77-year-old man entered the establishment and shot a 60-year-old man.
A likely settling of scores
He would have fired four times, said the town hall on 18e district, which also explains that the men know each other and that this affair is linked “to a settling of scores following an attempted racketeering”.
According to The Parisianhe allegedly fired several shots at a sixty-year-old, aiming at the chest and head. The victim was treated by emergency services but, despite the care provided, died a few minutes later. The investigations were entrusted to the 2e judicial police district. According to a police source, the perpetrator did not flee, waiting to surrender and was arrested on the scene by the police, offering no resistance.
