The Haute-Garonne organization was not spared. If you go to the public body's website, nothing has changed. But it's more internal that poses a problem. “We are encountering a lot of difficulties, because the tools we use are impacted,” confides the information service. “It’s not a disaster,” assures Joël Cassagne, director of the Chamber of Agriculture of 31. “It’s a disturbing event, we put ourselves in protection mode and we pay more attention to the emails we receive , but it will return to normal.”
