Recently opened next to the covered market of Epinal, “Monsieur Bouillon” offers an affordable menu and local products in a warm atmosphere. A restaurant between Parisian broth and Lyonnais bouchon which is regularly full!

Yannick, how do you define Monsieur Bouillon?

It is a restaurant that aims to be popular and authentic. It offers simple and friendly cuisine. Everything is homemade, in a bistro atmosphere with professional service and a warm welcome.

Since the opening, you have been fully booked. What are the reasons for this success?

The quality of the products and dishes at affordable prices. But also the atmosphere and the setting, especially with our patio which allows you to have a quiet lunch, a little out of the way. Andouillettes, bouchees à la Reine, tripe, quenelles, black pudding… Customers can enjoy authentic homemade bistro cuisine. And we are very well located, a stone’s throw from the covered market of Épinal.

When will Monsieur Bouillon open in the evening?

This is a strong demand from our customers, indeed. We already privatize the restaurant occasionally for a birthday or for companies, we plan to open in a few months on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings.
