In the completely revamped and reorganized premises of the former Changé medical center (Mayenne), located rue Esculape, fourteen practitioners have been installed since September 16, 2024.
This Esculape center project is the initiative of Thomas Suhard, osteopath and Suzy Sablé-Suhard, childcare assistant. They indicate: Previously, we practiced in the premises of the multidisciplinary health center but our premises had become too small compared to demand. For two years, we have been looking for a place for several practitioners. The opportunity to purchase this building gave us the opportunity to welcome other professionals with us, practitioners with whom we were already in contact. It’s a meaningful purchase for us.
Place for well-being “from birth to seniors”
Suzy Sablé-Suhard explains: Thomas is a native of Changé and has been coming to this medical center since he was a baby. It was important to him to continue to bring this place to life by supporting people looking for well-being.
In this center, we support all age groups from birth to seniors, around well-being. Each practitioner is specialized in their practices.
In this center, we can find 5 osteopaths, a physiotherapist in the field of pediatrics, a psychologist-psychotherapist, a childcare assistant, an educator of young children, a sophrologist specializing in perinatal care, a sophro-analyst (prenatal and birth memories). birth), a reflexologist, a hypnotherapist and a kinesiologist.
No common secretariat
In this center, there is no secretariat. Everyone is independent in making appointments. However, we are a team, which allows us to feel less alone in our practices and gives us the opportunity to exchange,”
underlines Laetitia Mottais, sophro analyst.
Complete, the center can no longer accommodate new practitioners.
