The lines are getting longer
The longest queues on our roads are still around Brussels with now 20 minutes on the E19 between Puisie and Machelen, 15 minutes on the E40 between Bertem and Woluwé-Saint-Etienne.
20 minutes on the ring between Expo and Machelen towards Zaventem and between Zellik and Anderlecht-Nord towards the Virage de Forest.
Please note, the Police are reporting an incident at a service station on the Liège-Maastricht motorway after the border. The highway is therefore closed. This could disrupt your traffic in the Liège-Maastricht direction.

Slowdowns on the Brussels ring road
In Brussels, it is the slowdowns caused by work on the ring road which are already present: indoors between Strombeek-Bever and Machelen then of course between Wezembeek-Oppem and Tervuren.
Outdoors: between Dilbeek and Anderlecht-Nord towards Halle.

Accident on the E40
An accident has just occurred in the left lane on the E40 coming from Ghent near Ternat towards the capital. No slowdowns to report yet.

No problems yet on the roads but be careful
Nothing to report at the moment. No accidents, broken down vehicles or bulky objects on our roads.
However, stay vigilant in the south of the country, temperatures will drop significantly below 0 degrees. This may temporarily encourage the formation of patches of ice on roadways that remain wet.
