The sides of the Sprinter Mercedes of the Batz-sur-Mer biscuit factory (-Atlantique) are certainly very damaged but the Saint-Guénolé biscuit factory is breathing. His vehicle stolen during the night of Saturday November 16 to Sunday November 17 was found on the evening of Monday November 18.

Or in a single dayafter the discovery of the burglary by management and its 19 employees.

Thanks to social networks

This happy outcome can be attributed to social networks. The boss and his wife having made the choice, in addition to their complaint to the Croisic gendarmerie, to activate their community on Facebook.

Someone on Facebook alerted us. The van was found in the Petit-Caporal district of Saint-Nazaire. The police went there and I then went there.

An empty but damaged vehicle

Inside there was nothing. Not even the two boxes of biscuits stolen the same night nor the box containing the euro cents… The van was found damaged on both sides but it remains in working orderwhich relieves the biscuit factory team who found their working “tool”.

Finally, according to the owner of the biscuit factory, no one has yet been arrested.
