Mother of three children, the starting point of this business was above all to slow down. “We live a thousand miles an hour and as a working mother, I was frustrated at not being able to do what was asked of me and so, I freed up time by stopping pushing a cart for two hours a week . »

Return to an eco-responsible lifestyle

And in 2021, the machine is launched, even if Ethical Chouette has undergone some changes since then. “At the beginning, I started by delivering people in bulk, but that didn’t make much sense. So, I instead went on a drive to simplify consumers' access to local products. »

The principle is simple, all you have to do is send your shopping list at the start of the week, “and I’ll take care of the rest”. An eco-responsible method in many ways. “For the people I deliver, I share the journeys by traveling to several customers. This system also avoids a lot of food waste, since I place a precise order and for the producers we drastically reduce packaging” lists the entrepreneur for whom the ecological approach is at the heart of the project.

“I couldn’t just be a spectator”

Wishing to see even further, Aline Dornier goes so far as to establish relationships with autistic children in order to include them in her society. “I couldn't just be a spectator of their daily challenges without doing anything, I wanted to consider them,” explains the latter, who will thus present these children to the producers.

“A passionate beekeeper, he will only do 40% of his passion since the rest will be selling, potting and packaging. However, we have a population of people who thrive by doing codified and repetitive things that are more or less complex,” indicates this business director who is happy to see links being created, particularly between a young autistic girl and a producer. of saffron: “From there, my work is done”.
