The Brico Leclerc brand opened its doors in the village of in Plaintel (Côtes-d’Armor), in place of the old Centrakor, in September 2023. It will expand.

Indeed, on February 27, 2024, SCI Kybrenn represented by Bruno Roudaut, member Leclerc in Saint-Brandan and president of the Scarmor Plaintel, whose role is to ensure the supply of Breton stores and to coordinate the collective work of the managers of these 43 stores, submitted a request for extension, as well as a request for building permit.

A drive at the back of the store

The departmental commercial development commission issued a favorable opinion in May. An appeal was filed by the Brico brand located in Brézillet. The commission having not ruled within the allotted period of 4 months, the appeal is considered to have been rejected.

This extension of 1254 m2 will allow a service yard to be created at the rear of the store, with a drive to collect large parts.
