A collision occurred this Monday, November 18, late in the afternoon, on the RD 520 (ex-RN 67), near Suzannecourt. Very impressive, the accident did not cause any injuries.
Traffic disrupted this Monday, November 18, on the RD 520. At the end of the afternoon, a heavy goods vehicle traveling towards Saint-Dizier and a van in the opposite direction violently collided near Suzannecourt. It is difficult, at the moment, to determine the exact causes of the collision. But the fact remains that the van, which was transporting medicine, and the heavy goods vehicle ended their journey several hundred meters from each other, carried away by their momentum, leaving a lot of debris on the road. Fortunately, more fear than harm: neither driver was injured.
On site, traffic was able to be maintained, alternately, on a single lane, after cleaning the roadway by Department agents. At the start of the evening, firefighters and police tried to obtain information from the driver of the heavy goods vehicle registered in Lithuania, but the language barrier did not simplify their exchanges…
