The small Saint-Paul association Zero Waste Pays Dacquois is organizing an anti-waste party on November 23 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the Félix Arnaudin room on the occasion of European Waste Reduction Week (SERD). The SERD theme this year is food waste. On this occasion, 4 paid workshops (from €5) will be offered:
- Lacto-fermentation workshop: learn how to make jars of lacto-fermented vegetables at 10 a.m.
- Waste mural at 2 p.m.
- Parent-child workshop for a zero waste snack at 3:30 p.m.
- Workshop to learn how to make your own kefir at 4:30 p.m.
In addition, a dressing room swap will take place from 2 p.m. and throughout the afternoon. A refreshment bar selling fruit juices, hot drinks and homemade cakes will allow you to eat and hydrate on site.
