Parricide in Frameries: 22 years in prison and mitigating circumstances
The Hainaut Assize Court handed down, this Friday, a sentence of 22 years of criminal imprisonment against Raphaël Tourtois for the murder of his father, Daniel, committed in Frameries on November 20, 2022.
The jury and the court found mitigating circumstances in favor of the convicted person.
Libin’s violent companion sentenced
A resident of Libin received a two-month prison sentence suspended for three years before the Liège Court of Appeal after being found guilty of beating his partner.
A conviction which came when the victim did not file a complaint and refused to explain the facts of which she was the target.
