The Republican candidate for the 2024 legislative elections, in the first constituency of Eure-et-Loir, Ladislas Vergne, has just published a video on X (formerly Twitter) where he intends to fly over this election…

Fly over, at least physically, and while waiting for the verdict of the ballot boxes Sunday June 30, 2024 since he says he wants to denounce “ the candidates parachuted from Paris“. So he wet his shirt to test it.

The candidate takes the plunge, by parachute

A blitzkrieg campaign, alliances of circumstances which will perhaps only last the time of a vote, slogans and short shock phrases to compensate for the absence of a program outline.

I parachuted today to denounce the Parisian parachuting of an RN candidate into my constituency. I wanted to see what it felt like to be parachuted.

Ladislas Vergne presents himself as “a child of the territories, I grew up in the Chartres region, I know what it is like tohave my feet on the ground in my riding and in front of me, what are we doing, we are sending candidates by parachute, who know nothing about the territory.”

The candidate says in any case that he refuses “this policy of today” and believes “in the policy of the territories” which he intends to carry under the Republican label.
