CARRI'OLÉ at Petite Pierre (JEGUN32), it's
Sunday November 24, 2024 at 4 p.m.
You may have already heard it on the airwaves of France-Inter in the interview with Babeth Gros done by Dorothée Barba in the Carnets de Campagne last June?
During 2023-2024, KIOSK Cie carried out 3 projects called “Little Green Riding Hoods” in 3 different areas of the Gers.
Intervening in schools and EHPADs with choral singing workshops, the 5 CARRI'OLÉ artists accompanied by storyteller Simon Ferrari enabled the connection between schoolchildren and elderly people residing in EHPADs, thus leading to the meeting during a participatory musical and narrated walk, done on foot or by bike along green paths.
These 3 projects are the basis of the second opus of the project which will be presented on Sunday November 24 at 4 p.m. at La Petite Pierre (Jegun32).
After their last EP “Caravana” on Mediterranean songs, the musicians of CARRI'OLÉ devoted themselves to the composition of original musical pieces inspired by the themes and lyrics collected from the 3 territories traveled over the last 2 years: : Auch-Preignan, Lisle-Jourdain-Ségoufielle and Castera-Verduzan-Jegun.
Speaking of homelessness, nature, human and intergenerational relationships, CARRI'OLÉ with original pieces in the sonic and poetic lineage of the group, combining modern and traditional influences, transmits to us joy, energy, authenticity, the simplicity of language and sharing!
From and with : Babeth Gros, Sylvia Morales, Abdelhak Lakraa, Stéphane Guionie, Max Richard.
Music and singing – All audiences – 1 hour
This biennial project was supported by the Occitanie Region, the Gers Department, DRAJES Occitanie, the Grand Auch Coeur de Gascogne Agglomeration, the City of Auch, and accompanied by PETITE PIERRE, CIRCA, CRI'ART and LA MAISOUN.
