Commissioning of the extension of line 14 to Orly airport starts on Monday June 24, 2024. The second station on this new section from Paris, the Bicêtre Hospital will be located at the entrance to the AP-HP building. A considerable time saving for those who go there by public transport.

12 minutes from Orly, compared to 45 before

It used to be necessary to walk almost a quarter of an hour since the ligne 7 from the metro or the Gentilly station of the RER B. But from Monday June 24, the hospital will be served directly by the 14.

In this new station, where 20,000 trips are expected every day, three accesses lead either to Le Kremlin-Bicêtre or to Gentilly. Connections will also be provided with area buses.

Above all, thanks to the extension, the journey between Orly and Bicêtre Hospital will “only” take 12 minutes, compared to 45 previously, according to the Société des Grands Projets (SGP).
