On November 11, 2024, on the occasion of Global Entrepreneurship Week (SME), Tibu Africa and Fromageries Bel Maroc reaffirmed their commitment to young people in NEET situations (neither in school, nor employed, nor in training) during an event at the Errahma social innovation incubator, Casablanca. This partnership aims to offer a second chance to young people in the province of Nouaceur through a program of socioeconomic inclusion through sport.
Supported by the La Vache qui rit brand from Fromageries Bel Maroc, this comprehensive training program stands out for its unique approach. It combines technical sports courses, language training and professional integration workshops, including practical advice such as CV writing and preparing for job interviews. By adding personal development and nutrition workshops, the program helps young people acquire essential skills to integrate into the world of work and develop their potential.
Mohamed Amine Zariat, President of Tibu Africa, underlines the importance of this commitment: “This partnership allows us to offer these young people a real second chance in a stimulating environment. With the support of Fromageries Bel Maroc, these young people receive tools and support that allow them to build a promising future. » Young people benefit from personalized monitoring and modern infrastructure, including a basketball court, a sports nutrition area, an editing studio and training rooms.
The event brought together various stakeholders, including local authorities, the provincial education directorate, ANAPEC, as well as representatives from Tibu Africa and Fromageries Bel Maroc. Ludovic Flateau, Managing Director of Fromageries Bel Maroc, said: “We are delighted to join our efforts with those of Tibu Africa. Through this initiative, we are achieving one of our Group’s objectives, aimed at reducing inequalities. »
Indeed, the Bel group, with its status as a mission-driven company, reinforces its commitment to sustainable growth where profitability and responsibility combine for a positive social impact. In addition to financial and material support, Fromageries Bel Maroc offered 150,000 portions of La Vache qui rit to the families of young participants, consolidating its commitment to healthy eating.
This partnership extends the already fruitful collaboration between Tibu Africa and Fromageries Bel Maroc in second chance schools in Casablanca.
