NBA stars Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Andrew Wiggins, Jamal Murray and Luguentz Dort will attend the Canadian basketball team’s camp ahead of the Paris Olympics.

Canada Basketball unveiled on Wednesday the list of 20 players who will participate in the camp which will be held from June 28 to July 7 in Toronto.

The national team achieved its best result at the World Cup in 2023, when it defeated the American team in the bronze medal match last September in the Philippines.

Canada qualified for the Olympic tournament when it defeated Spain in the quarterfinals of the World Cup. The country will participate in the Summer Games in men’s basketball for the first time since Sydney in 2000.

The representatives of the maple leaf will find themselves in group A and will play against the Australians, the Spanish and the Greeks during the preliminary phase of the Paris Olympics.

The team led by head coach Jordi Fernandez will play its first match against Spain on July 27 in Lille.
