Weather report. What is the weather like this Monday, June 17 in Hauts-de-France?

No notable change for this Monday, the sky remains gray, even stormy, over a large part of the region despite clearings further north. Varying weather is also expected for the rest of the week.

In the middle of June, the days follow one another and, unfortunately, are similar… The fault is a cold drop at altitude which destabilizes the air mass.

After clearings at night and a promising start to the day, clouds appear from the south during the morning, already giving a few showers from which only Nord-Pas-de-Calais seems spared.

Over the hours, this instability spreads across all of our lands, and the showers then take on a stormy character, mainly in the east and south. The west wind is weak all day.

We will console ourselves with the temperatures which are regaining a little vigor : in the early morning, we noted 12 or 13 on the coast, 13 to 15 in the interior.

The maximums are also up slightly, and show 22 to 24 from Saint-Omer to Château Thierry, 17 to 20 from Boulogne to Dunkirk.

Météo France does not then expect any significant change.

Tuesday : the sky remains variable, alternating clearings and cloudy periods carrying showers, sometimes stormy in the afternoon. The wind swings to the northeast and remains weak, and in terms of temperatures, count 13 to 15 at dawn, 18 to 22 afterwards.

Wednesday : a nice improvement is expected in the northern half of the territory, but the south remains impacted by more uncertain skies, the wind is moderate and average temperatures are 14 to 21°.

THURSDAY : the weather is cloudy, but dry in the northern half, while further south the showers persist and the thermometers, without much change, show 14 to 20.

Friday : it’s summer on the calendar, but unfortunately no change : clearings, clouds and showers remain on the agenda for the day. The wind shifts to the northwest and remains weak and in terms of temperatures, we note 9 to 15° in the early morning, 15 to 24 afterwards.

SATURDAY : apart from the wind which is moving to the southwest and strengthening, the situation once again remains the same and we note 14 to 21° over the day.

Sunday : it seems that the rains are confined to the west while the east finds a well-deserved respite, all under temperatures of 14 to 25° on average.

Today, the concentrations of pollutants should in fact remain uniformly low and those of ozone should be close to the threshold for passing from good to average. Atmo Hauts-de-France therefore predicts an air quality index alternating between good in a large southern part of the region and average elsewhere.
