Friday 15 and Saturday 16 November, in the covered arenas of Pontonx-sur-l'Adour and in the Grand Écran cinema, two days of meetings will be devoted to parenting support.

“The theme will be Living and supporting parenthood, within the framework of the new departmental plan for family services,” explains Félicie Converset, coordinator and facilitator of Boussoles des Jeunes within the Local Mission, member of the collective which organizes the event initiated by the CAF des Landes, the MSA and the Departmental Council, with the support of the municipality of Pontonx, the Communauté de communes du Pays tarusate (CCPT) and various other partners.

Free and open to all

These days are free and open to all. They bring together all the Landes networks as well as the different actors involved in parenting support. Friday is reserved for professionals, partners and elected officials, and Saturday for families.

To remember: the show by Catherine Drouot, educator of young children, actress and speaker, entitled “La Marelle des souvenirs”, which will be given on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. at the cinema, upon registration. A one-woman show where an adult transcribes the words she heard when she was little with humor and emotion. An original way to approach with humor the impact and power of words on children in their daily lives. Aimed at children aged 7 and over, grandparents, parents, childcare professionals, cultural or festival leaders.
