Cerballiance Martinique inaugurates a site at Le Diamant

On May 21, 2024, Cerballiance inaugurated a new sampling site in Martinique. It is located within the medical center on rue des Awaraks au Diamant. With a total area of ​​130 m², the laboratory has a large reception area, a waiting room and 3 sampling rooms. The team made up of 3 phlebotomists and medical secretaries welcomes patients with or without an appointment, for their routine screenings and biological assessments (cholesterol, iron, hormones, STIs, HIV, urine examination, cervicovaginal smears, etc.) . The laboratory also provides access to an online registration service.

Opening up

Pierre Bancons, President of Cerballiance Martinique and medical biologist responsible for the site, explains the choice of this location in the press release: “ We chose to install this new laboratory in Le Diamant because it is a town that was previously without one. We hope to make the daily lives of Diamantine residents easier by giving them better access to medical biology exams; until now, they had to travel up to 20 minutes by road to carry out their analyses. Residents of Anses d’Arlet and Petite Anse will also be able to benefit from the proximity of this new laboratory.. ”

This opening follows that of Marin, in December 2023 and brings the number of Cerballiance sites to 15 in Martinique.
