At the bar of the Alençon criminal court (Orne), Wednesday November 6, 2024, the man who uttered them is much less energetic. He has just spent three nights in prison. He was taken into police custody on Sunday November 3, 2024, the day of his lyrical flights. Because before the insults, he rained blows, this time on his partner.

For two months, he has been in a relationship with a woman living in Ceton (Orne). He has been homeless since the death of his father in June, she is vulnerable and lets her apartment serve as a base for various acquaintances. Both abuse alcohol. “I’ve been drinking since I was 17. With her, it was two bottles a day each”confirms the defendant.
He continues to utter insults in his cell
He is being prosecuted for violence against a spouse and insulting a person responsible for public order because of their sex or origin. On September 30, 2024, the young gendarme and her colleagues intervened for the first time at the companion's call. She has a bruise on her arm and indicates that he squeezed her neck. He is placed under judicial supervision while awaiting trial for these facts.

On Sunday November 3 they were called again. “I informed him of his placement in police custody, that’s when the insults started. I was trying to help them both from the beginning”confides the soldier.
During his transport and even in his cell, the defendant continued to insult him. For the violence and contempt, he was sentenced to eighteen months in prison, ten of which were suspended, accompanied by a two-year probationary period.
