For one month, until December 9, the CCI network is organizing Business Transfer-Takeover Month. In France, according to the Montaigne Institute, 83% of businesses are family businesses. What is a transferor exposed to for his lack of experience? Until when can a buyer adjust their acquisition price? Why can overvaluing your company have serious consequences? These different themes will be discussed during a round table, Friday November 15, entitled “Business transfer: good practices for transferors and entrepreneurs”.
