Job Description

Missions :

• Provide versatility for maintenance, catering and reception of staff and users to contribute to the proper functioning of the Local Public Educational Establishment.
• Ensure with versatility under the authority of the production manager and made available to the logistics manager and the chef: maintenance, work in each station in order to successfully complete the production of meals in compliance with good management practices. hygiene and food safety (HACCP).
• Dismantling, unpacking help in the kitchen, sealing of trays, cleaning and restoration of premises

Activities :

• Welcomes on site or by telephone, informs and directs users and transmits information
• Ensures the processes of opening – closing buildings and setting up alarm systems
• Participates in educational activities relating to food
• Participates in the maintenance of exterior spaces excluding maintenance of tall trees
• Participates in the preparation and serving of meals
• Cleans the premises with the appropriate equipment and products
• Receives goods and participates in inventory management

Maintenance functions:

– Ensures the stripping and unpacking of food, putting it into trays, helps in the kitchen, cleaning equipment and restoring the premises.
– Participates in the sealing of trays, monitoring temperatures…
– Ensures hygiene and cleanliness of equipment and premises in the kitchen sector and ancillary premises
– Occasionally participates in meal delivery
