The company Charriere Distribution, whose head office is in Saint-Nazaire in the Rhone Gard, announces the acquisition of Cévennes Matériaux, a company based in Saint-Hilaire-de-Brethmas, near Alès.
Charriere Distribution, historically specialized in agricultural supplies, has diversified over the years into all agricultural professions, animal feed, gardening and even green spaces. It has 80 employees spread across 11 agencies and achieves a consolidated turnover of 21.5 million euros. For its part, Cévennes Materials works in the field of motorized cultivation and agricultural equipment.
