According to the first elements of the investigation, the 43-year-old man was beaten after refusing to sell retail cigarettes to these two customers. Seriously injured in the head, he was rushed to hospital but his vital prognosis was not in jeopardy.
The two suspects, who were with a third man at the time of the incident, had still not been arrested as of Monday evening. They are actively sought by the police.
