Between July and May 2019, the defendant, through two companies based in the Center-Channel, had signed contracts for the construction of individual houses for clients, while one of these companies was in liquidation. Some clients had suffered the consequences: their future home had not been completed or defects were quickly observed. In all, fifteen people, from Manche and Calvados, filed a civil suit.
